Raxus, using all of his wealth established military installations, weapon factories, and shipyards into the planets surface. Raxus, being a high-ranking member of the Imperial Navy, secretly was buliding a massive fleet within a nebula located within the Unknown Regions that held a moon within it. It would be fragmented when the Empire of the Hand and the New Republic worked together and took it down. It was during its time, the dominate power within the Unknown Regions.
It was a strong, remnant with a powerful military. The remnant was formed from remnant's of the Imperial Navy. The Unknown Regions Imperial Remnant also called the Imperial Remnant and sometimes called Raxus Empire, was a military junta founded by Grand Admiral Raxus.
